Victoria grew up in her parents flower shop as a child.  There she discovered her innate event planning and logistical savvy.  This later led to her finding herself on the sales floor of a bridal boutique while working her way through her undergraduate years.  Her first internship was for a non-profit organization called the National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI) where the mission as Latinas as Ethical Leaders instilled a great sense of duty.  After graduating from The Catholic University of America with a BA in Political Science she spent almost two years at The Princeton Review in Operations and teaching the PSAT and SAT. She later became the Events Manager at the National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI) traveling and meeting with Latinas of influence across the United States and working event logistics.  This was a calling to help bring social justice to Latinos particulary Latinas across communities.  In 2012, she obtained her non-profit management certification from Georgetown University.

In 2013 she was a swim coach & Training Director for a Gold Medal Olympian, Tom Dolan. She became CELTA (Cambridge Certificate on English Language Teaching to Adults) Certified while substitute teaching English as a Second Language at an international school in Washington, DC. In 2014 she began to pursue her graduate degree at George Mason University to obtain her Masters in Education with a focus on Teaching Culturally Linguistically Diverse & Exceptional Learners.  She graduated and changed directions to become a children's therapist where she continues to teach children how to manage themselves and their social emotional behaviors in and out of the classroom.

She considers herself a thought leader who puts her Gallup Strengths into practice daily. During her free time she exercises and walks the dog.
